Xavi Hernandez, the FC Barcelona coach, has shown his support to Jenni Hermoso, the Spanish player who was severely criticized by Luis Rubiales, the president of the Spanish Football Federation, after the World Cup final on Sunday.

The catalan trainer said at the start of his news conference on Saturday, "First and foremost, I give my unconditional support to Jenni and the players."

Second, he added, "I find the Federation President's behavior intolerable." He was referring to M. Rubiales, who was temporarily suspended by the Fifa on Saturday.
